Our last class and all of us that have had the priviledge to work with the 6th grade students want to thank them for a wonderful year.
During each of the classes we participated in a Seder Meal. During the Seder we shared egg, apple and walnuts, Matzo, "wine" and lamb and participated in reading the Seder.

Class 25 - April 20th
Each of the classes spent time discussing how Holy Week was progressing and the Triduum.
Also looked what happened after Jesus' resurrection specifically with Peter.
Lastly we discussed the coming week's Seder Passover / Paschal Meal

Class 23 - March 23rd
3:30pm - discussed that life is a gift from God and how we all have responsibility for God's creation
5:15pm - We discussed our responsibility to care for God's creation. We collected litter around the church and made creatures to represent the animals that God gave us dominion over.- By Jaida
7:00pm - the class attended reconciliation and spent a little time discussing how we are doing with our Lenten works of prayer, fasting and almsgiving.
Next week - no class - Parish Reconcilation
April 6th - no class - Millard Spring break!

Class 20
Welcome back to class after several weeks off for weather and school conferences!
3:30pm class -
we talked about baptism and did a crossword and work sheet about the marks of the Church. Owen
5:25pm class -
We learned about the four marks of the church did a worksheet about it. And made our own letters from paul.And we prayed the nicene creed. Vanessa and jeremy
7:00pm class -
We saw the tabernacle up close Brenna!!! :)Also the marks of the church george
we saw the candle that is always lit, signaling the tabernacle, and it was LIT. justin We also did a crossword, word search and fill in the blank Joel
Next week the students will be looking at Lent as we will not have another class prior to Ash Wednesday.
